The Causeway is open between 8.30am till 5pm Monday – Friday.
At The Causeway, we know that flexibility is important, which is why we allocate door access for all occupiers giving them 24/7 access.
This means that employees working flexible hours can access the office whenever they need it, giving you the ability to run your business exactly they way you want to.
Yes, St James Business Centre is wheelchair accessible.

Yes, The Causeway offers high-speed internet connectivity and free Wi-Fi throughout our common areas.
Feeling green and want to cycle to work? Don’t worry, The Causeway has an on-site shower for you to freshen up before you start your day.
You must notify our reception team. In the event there is an emergency out of hours we have a key holding company who will respond to the emergency.
The Causeway has extensive on-site parking for you and your visitors, allowing you to host your business events without the extra headaches.
Yes, The Causeway has bike storage available at the front of the building.
At The Causeway, we can accommodate between 80-100 people in our main event space, 30 people in our training room and 20 people in our boardroom.
The Causeway offers a variety of fully serviced and conventional office spaces to rent, as well as coworking space offering maximum flexibility for any business.
If you’re looking for a professional address without the overheads, we also have virtual offices including call answering, mail opening services and meeting room availability.
We also offer a range of meeting rooms and event spaces available for hire on an hourly, half day or full day basis.
We don’t offer office space hire for a day, however, for flexible working you can try our coworking space available from just £25 per day.
The Causeway’s minimum rental period is 12 months.

Yes, to arrange a tour at The Causeway, please call our team on 01925 634 691 and they can take your details to arrange a walk around and show you all the available spaces.
Absolutely – we run social events for all of our occupiers to enjoy. We typically host these in the atrium or at Coffee House during summer and winter.
We also set up some partnership events to help support our occupiers. Of course, it’s up to you whether you’d like to get involved, but you’ll always be welcomed with open arms.
